If you go through the training videos when training in Lead Sensei, you will see Daniel (CEO) telling people to fill out a PDF application.
Now, they have evolved to using jotforms. But how professional does it look for a person on LeadSenseiCapital.com to be redirected to jotform?
no feedback about submitted applicants
On Friday May 2 I submitted a candidate for funding and on Thursday of the next week, I had heard neither yay or nay. I had to chase down the co-owner via text and all I got was:

and guess what? I never heard anything!!!!
no clear information on funding guidelines for all products.
I went through all 20 training videos
Conflicting information
I’ll never forget the zoom call where the CEO was saying that travel vouchers did not expire at the end of the month and the new funding rep was saying that another officer of the company said they did (and she provided written evidence).
We all make mistakes. But basically, my impression is they are trying to do too much too soon and none of it is being done in zen-mode, like the place I left them for.
They dont have their game down (yet)
Lead Sensei Capital is a young buck in the funding game. If you ignore their dissolved older entity, then they are only 4 months old as I write this – formed in January and this is May!
And their newness shows.
Claims of automated outreach to leads..
funny, I was checking the CRM every day and I saw no interaction with the leads… and everyone was too busy to show me direct proof.
I got tired of being told: the leads are being worked in order. Everything is working fine.
