Alleged story
He was a student of Freedom Law School and he failed doing what Peymon taught.
Actual Story
When he was charged criminally, he opted to go with an attorney of his choice. Neither Richard or his attorney worked according to the plan that Peymon had for the criminal charges.
The attorney tried to defend Richard without using the recommendations of Peymon.
For 15 years of not paying taxes, he got 33 months. Note that people that file get stiffer sentences for fewer years of violations.
